Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY: Clean resident/patient rooms, offices and public areas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Thoroughly cleans residents/patients’ rooms daily as assigned , to include dust mopping and wet mopping the floor, high dusting, low dusting, disinfecting of bed frames and wall spotting.
Cleans all residents/patients’ and public rest rooms on unit on a daily basis according to dept. procedures.
Cleans common areas on the unit, to include nurse’s station, solarium, laundry room and linen room. Wipes down lounge chairs throughout the unit.
Cleans residents/patients’ rooms daily as assigned to include damp dusting, dust mopping and wet mopping of the floor, and emptying trash.
Empties all trash from all residents/patients’ rooms and common areas.
