We are looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background. The day‑to‑day duties include assisting customers with their service needs, recommending maintenance, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and assist with their service needs in the Quick Lane

Write service tickets and document customer concerns accurately

Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines

Communicate directly with technicians to ensure services are completed efficiently and correctly

Keep customers informed on service progress, timelines, and any additional recommended work

Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approvals

Ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check‑in to check‑out

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive area

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service or automotive service advisor experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment

Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership management systems

Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively

Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
