Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Review vehicle history and identify required maintenance and service needs
Advise customers on recommended and necessary services
Inform customers of current promotions and available service specials
Build strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence
Maintain dealership standards for repair order production and service workflow
Communicate clearly between customers and technicians to ensure a smooth service experience
Help create a positive, efficient, and customer-focused Quick Lane environment
Qualifications
Previous dealership or aftermarket automotive experience required
Service Advisor experience preferred
Basic computer skills required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid in-state driver’s license required
Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Resume must be uploaded and assessment completed
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening
