Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master.
In‑depth knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework roles, ceremonies, artifacts, values, and principles.
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, and Retrospective.
Impediment identification and removal to ensure smooth team delivery.
Servant leadership mindset with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Ability to drive Agile adoption and behavioral change within teams.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and team‑coaching skills.
Strong stakeholder communication with Product Owners, business and leadership.
Ability to enable self‑organizing high‑performing teams.
Experience in tracking sprint metrics such as velocity, predictability, and commitments vs. delivery.
Hands‑on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex Agile projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Agile values.
Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to maintain delivery quality, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Drive Agile methodologies to maximize business value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate effective Scrum management and promote continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide project teams on best practices in Agile planning, execution, and delivery.
Analyze project performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and Agile mindset adoption across teams.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
Establish and maintain project governance structures, including risk management and issue resolution.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure value‑driven delivery; promote Agile mindset and behavioral change through servant leadership and coaching.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders; ensure adherence to Scrum management principles and facilitate effective team collaboration.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness; support resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and expectations, and identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and delivery flow.
Mentor and coach project managers and Scrum Masters to build Agile capability and maturity.
