Quality Control Supervisor , you will manage and improvelumber recovery, grade recovery, and overall productquality, whileensuring compliance with Interfor grade specifications and customerrequirements.
This role isbased on-site at the sawmill located at 211 Old Troy Rd, Monticello, AR 71655.

WhatYou’ll Do
Lead safetyby example and ensure all quality processes meet required standards.
Overseequality control programs, audits, and follow‑up on out‑of‑spec issues.
Optimizeproduction systems to maximize lumber value, grade, and recovery.
Partner withproduction, maintenance, sales, and external inspectors to resolve qualityissues and drive improvements.
What YouOffer
At least 3years of quality control experience in the wood products industry
Strongunderstanding of lumber manufacturing and knowledge of lumber grading
Experiencewith optimization technology
Comfortsupervising a team
Motivated,organized self‑starter who pays attention to detail, communicates well, workswell with others and handles pressure
