Seasonal Recreation Facilities Supervisor I

Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

Duties
Perform maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are well maintained, safe, and clean, including restroom and building cleaning and collaborating on projects as needed.
Patrol recreational areas and facilities to maintain security and enforce applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
Collect and account for all fees collected during shifts and report income through the DCR reporting system daily.
Maintain records and prepare reports regarding assigned work to provide information and make recommendations.
Operate and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles, using hand tools as required.
Provide accurate information to park visitors about park-related activities available to them.
Qualifications
First consideration given to applicants who apply within the first 14 days.
Minimum entrance requirements: none.
Special requirements: possession of a current and valid CPR certificate issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; possession of a current and valid Standard First Aid and Personal Safety Certificate issued by the American Red Cross.
