What's the Job?
Perform visual and dimensional inspections during the daily floor audits as per applicable procedures.
Conduct daily floor audits for all operating lines.
Perform inflate/deflate functional testing on IABs.
Execute APA and catheter extender functional testing.
Carry out Force from retainer and Force through sheath tests on 7Fr and 8Fr products.
Document test and inspection results following good documentation practices.
Support manufacturing and engineering with product development testing activities.
Maintain working knowledge of sampling plan C=0.
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Work effectively in a team, be flexible, and exhibit a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Preferred: SAP experience.
Preferred: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
Preferred: Instron experience with Bluehill software.
Ability to travel to Fairfield location as needed.
What's Needed?
Technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of technical school or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience with production and/or quality control inspection/testing.
1-3 years mechanical inspection experience.
