Education Preparation Specialist I- TSS & TMT Programs

The Education Preparation Specialist will support the implementation and continuous improvement of educator pipelines aligned to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) initiatives, including Texas Mentorship Training (TMT) and Texas Strategic Staffing (TSS). This role focuses on strengthening teacher development systems, mentorship structures, and strategic staffing models to improve educator effectiveness, retention, and student outcomes. The specialist will work closely with district leaders, campus administrators, and educators to provide technical assistance, professional development, and data-informed guidance.
