What You Will Accomplish
The Bar Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the bar and leads a team of bartenders and barbacks to ensure high-quality service and beverage standards. This role is responsible for training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, and supporting profitability across all bar operations. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to align service standards and implement new offerings.
Supervise and schedule bar team members; coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards.
Oversee bar operations including cleanliness, setup, inventory, and preparation of beverages in accordance with recipes and pour standards.
Monitor inventory, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation.
Promote and ensure responsible alcohol service aligned with state and local guidelines.
Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere.
Collaborate on promotions, events, and seasonal cocktail rollouts.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
What You Will Bring
Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in bartending and prior supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of beverage operations, cost control, and guest service excellence.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring professionalism and high performance.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.
Certification in RBS and Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire.
Great If you have
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
