Job Overview
South Florida Condo Management manages condominium associations and commercial property. This position is responsible for daily reception and front desk duties in support of the property manager, on‑site staff, unit owners, tenants, vendors, and guests.
This is a full‑time position with various shifts.
Responsibilities
Using a multi‑line telephone; answers and appropriately routes all incoming calls.
Receives, greets and checks‑in visitors and vendors.
Provides general information regarding the property and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
Receives and logs incoming packages and certified mail.
Responsible for the general maintenance of the front desk area (keeping a clean and safe work environment).
Logs and schedules maintenance work orders.
Makes satisfaction follow‑up calls to residents when work orders are completed.
Provides administrative assistance to property manager and on‑site staff.
Qualifications
Have experience operating a multi‑line telephone system and standard office equipment.
Answer calls with courtesy, speed and accuracy.
Communicate with residents and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
Strong administrative, organization, and customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a professional appearance and a can‑do attitude.

Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule: 8 hour shift; weekend availability
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required); Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)
Timesheets
Employee must clock in/out using an app. Any overtime must be pre‑approved in writing by employee’s supervisor.
