We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Office Manager to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office. This role combines administrative support, customer service, and office coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking (if applicable)
Support management and staff with administrative tasks
Help organize meetings, events, and internal communications
Full‑Time Mon‑Fri 8:30am‑4:30pm or 9am‑5pm
Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
Working knowledge in property management software
Excellent oral and communication skills
Self‑starter
Team player and willing to jump in and help office peers when needed
Must pass a drug screening and background check
