Information Technology Administrator

A growing and well‑established is seeking an IT Administrator to support and maintain its core infrastructure across multiple business operations. In this role, you will handle level I, II, and III issues across Windows Server, VMware, hw/sw support, network security, and more. This is a small IT team, and you will support a smaller‑sized office. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing day‑to‑day support with ongoing infrastructure improvements. Requirements

3+ years of Windows administration experience – levels 1, 2, and 3.
Strong hands‑on experience with VMware, Windows Server, LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN connectivity, network monitoring, and hardware/software support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1–3 technical issues across systems, networks, and end users.
In‑depth experience around Active Directory, user access management, and Microsoft 365 support.
Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs) and backup solutions (Veeam or similar)
Excellent communication skills and experience supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preference: Bachelor’s Degree, ITIL, Cloud experience.
