Treasury Coordinator

Treasury team

Lowell, MA . In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the Treasury Help Desk, processing payment transactions, reporting cash information, completing bank requests, and working on special projects. You will ensure that the Winn Treasury department is able to timely complete ticket requests and daily payments are processed.
The pay range for this role is $26.45-$31.25 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST with the ability to work weekends as needed. This role is on-site Monday through Thursday with Fridays being remote.
Responsibilities
Monitor and assign ticket requests from the Treasury Help Desk inbox to the appropriate team member.
Initiate payment transactions.
Complete bank inquiries and requests.
Process tenant security deposit move‑in/move‑out bank requests.
Run and transmit bank paper check issuance files.
Monitor and decision positive pay exception items.
Provide ad hoc support for special projects.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to read and write in English, to understand basic instructions, and take direction from supervisors.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgment.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
1 year of Treasury, Banking or Business experience.
RealPage experience is a plus.
