Smart Delivery Service is a leading same-day delivery and logistics provider based in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Dispatcher to join our team of logistics professionals.
This is an in-person position, working in our office each shift.
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, starting at 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.
A qualified candidate will help enter orders, answer client-related questions, communicate with vendors, work with office staff and management, and pick & stage orders for drivers. Full command of the English language is required. Experience with shipping & receiving is extremely helpful.

High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is beneficial but not required
18 years of age or older
Ability to occasionally lift/push/handle 50 lbs+
Experience operating office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
High energy, charismatic, and persuasive personality
Team player with a "Can Do" attitude
Empathetic attitude toward client's situations
Accurately pull customer orders
Occasionally stock shelves with inventory
