Position Summary
Salary - $16.75 per hour.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using manual methods or material handling equipment. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. The associate plays a key role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient warehouse organization.
What you’ll do
Handle, move, load, and unload materials manually or using appropriate material handling equipment
Open, inspect, and seal crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers
Receive, sort, store, and distribute materials accurately and efficiently
Process orders based on requisitions and pick/pack stock items for shipment
Support shipping and receiving activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise and maintain organized stock areas
Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock rotation
Maintain and update purchase order systems to reflect received, cancelled, or backordered shipments
Complete and process inventory-related documentation accurately
Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to management as needed
Participate in kitting, bundling, and component sorting activities as required
What you bring to the role
High school diploma or equivalent required
0–1 year of general work experience; prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
Ability to follow standard procedures and work in a structured environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform routine tasks with accuracy under close supervision
Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly
Willingness to learn company systems, policies, and procedures
