Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers to join our production team. This role involves assembling components to produce high‑quality gages while meeting production deadlines and maintaining strict quality standards.
Schedule & Pay
Hours:
3:30 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Role Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to understand and follow Method Instructions
Proficient in using hand and small power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, screw gun)
Primary Responsibilities
Complete basic clerical tasks such as filling out forms and reports
Communicate with the Assembly Technician Lead and Manager regarding work progress and order status
Assemble components within established time standards while following procedures and specifications
Use Method Instructions to assemble equipment accurately
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Take responsibility for the quality of completed work
Cross‑train to support additional production line tasks as needed
Perform simple calculations related to assembly work
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Wear required personal protective equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
Previous assembly or production experience preferred
