Job Summary
Mutuel Tellers sell and cash pari-mutuel tickets.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
Responsible for selling pari-mutuel tickets.
Ensuring the cash drawer reconciles on a daily basis.
Understand and practice Family Style Service at all times with all guest and team members.
All other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Must have previous cash handling experience, excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance.
Must be committed to 100% customer service and be able to work flexible hours.
Must be able to stand / walk / sit for extended periods.
May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
Must be at least 18.
Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
Must be able to pass a background investigation.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment.
Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
