Duties and responsibilities
Manage all incoming and outgoing packages.
Must have the ability to process International Shipments.
Inventory control.
Capable of processing shipments through UPS, Fed Ex & DHL.
Load and unload trucks.
The ability to create shippers and process outgoing shipments.
Put away inventory daily in their proper locations.
Place incoming materials for systems in the appropriate job carts.
Turn in all the shippers and packing slips to Accounting at the end of each shift or the beginning of the following business day.
Order crib supplies through various vendors using the company’s software.
Schedule incoming and outgoing freight on an as-needed basis.
Processing shipments in a timely fashion.
High level of quality and consistency.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
Forklift/crane license experience and/or certification.
Able to interface well with internal personnel at various levels.
Self-motivated and driven to meet challenging goals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
Physical requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks may be required
Must have manual dexterity
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
Must wear safety glasses and safety boots
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, kneel, and perform moderate lifting.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, traveling to and from the job site
