(up to $20/hr for advanced care cases)

Key Responsibilities
Provide companionship and social engagement
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Support individuals with memory-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s
Help with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Perform safe transfers (gait belt/Hoyer lift training available)
Drive clients to appointments, errands, or activities
Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
Must be
18 years or older
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with mobility tasks
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and current vehicle registration
Reliable phone for scheduling and communication
Dependable, professional, and punctual
Ability to pass a background screening
TB test required (can be completed during onboarding)
Locations Hiring Immediately

Allen Park, Novi, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Canton, Plymouth, Livonia, Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Rochester Hills, Southfield, and nearby areas
