Pay & Benefits
$14–$17 per hour (specialty services up to $20/hour)
$150 referral bonus for every caregiver or client you refer — no limit
Next-day pay option for added financial flexibility

Caregiver Responsibilities
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care needs
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Perform safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training provided)
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
Promote client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and walk during shifts
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
Access to a reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Must pass a background check
Current TB test (may be completed after interview process)
