
Inventory Coordinator - Weekends

Position Summary
The inventory Coordinator is a hands‑on position and it’s estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes and/or working with Cycle count Coordinators reviewing their root cause findings and proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff.
Work Schedule
This role is a 4‑day work week. Friday‑Sunday from 4 AM‑6:30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities
Maintain and report KPIs around first‑pass and reconciled accuracy
Partner cross‑functionally with Inventory Supervisors and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues
Ensure that Root Cause Report is being filled out
Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified
Manage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy
Required Skills and Experience
High school Diploma
Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience
Effectively communicate cross‑functionally in a collaborative manner
Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reports
Preferred Skills and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a production environment
Experience in a food production environment
Ability to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissors
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Able to perform repetitive movements
Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
