What You’ll Do
Design and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes
Analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Lead process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation
Use simulation tools to evaluate and refine production strategies
Present data-driven recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and test new processes to improve productivity
Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain reports documenting process performance and changes
Track and interpret key performance metrics
Use process simulation software to evaluate production strategies
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
Develop clear implementation plans for process improvements
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in process, quality, or supply chain process engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computer systems and process engineering software
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Preferred:
Graduate degree in Engineering or related discipline
Proven ability to lead change and influence process improvements
