Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and general repairs
Assist with unit turns and make‑readies
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑kept property
What We’re Looking For
Experience in multifamily maintenance, construction, or handyman work
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
Reliable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented
Good communication and team mindset
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
