Handyman / Maintenance Technician
to support multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area. We’re looking to fill this role ASAP with someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day, from service requests to unit turns while working with a solid, fast-moving team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle service requests and general maintenance repairs
Assist with unit turns and make-ready work
Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Perform preventative maintenance and property checks
Travel between multiple apartment communities in the Raleigh area
Work alongside team members and coordinate with vendors when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience in maintenance, handyman work, apartments, or similar
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Reliable, hardworking, and able to stay on task independently
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel between properties (typically within 1–2 hours of Raleigh)
