Summary
We are seeking a “best in class” Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic, ability to adapt to changing tasks, and a commitment to team collaboration. The ideal candidate will support company operations and help maintain a positive workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck, Motor Grader, and any other equipment used in handling clay material.
Perform general utility work.
Perform maintenance on equipment.
Skills and Experience Required for Success
Previous experience in a non‑climate controlled production environment.
Ability to stand and walk up to 2 miles.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to wear required PPE.
Competencies Required for Success
Integrity.
Teamwork.
Self‑motivated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
