Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Injection Molding Service Supervisor
to lead and support our North service team in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth field service operations, resolving customer issues quickly, and maintaining high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the North service team
Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly
Organize weekly and monthly meetings; prepare service reports
Monitor field patrol/service work and ensure all issues are fully resolved
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service quality
Record new equipment installations and customer data
Coordinate with the sales team for on-site service scheduling and execution
Review and improve service processes and policies
Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
Conduct regular team training and performance support
Track machine maintenance, service logs, and records
Manage spare parts inventory and stock control
Support technicians and service staff as needed
Report major production/service issues and collaborate with QC & technical teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the
injection molding or plastics industry
(technical service/field service preferred)
Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (vehicle provided with compensation)
