Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking an
Invoice Processing Support Analyst (Financial Analysis, Analyst)
to support a Federal government client in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will assist with the review, routing, and tracking of invoices, ensure timely payment coordination, and serve as a point of contact for invoice-related inquiries. This role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Work Schedule
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule, with 2 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform initial review of incoming invoices and assign them to the appropriate office
Send out aging reports to internal stakeholders
Manage the refund check process and associated tracking
Coordinate with the payment center to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
Utilize and navigate the IPP Invoice System for daily processing tasks
Manage the invoice mailbox, triage inquiries, and provide timely responses
Demonstrate the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience working with invoice processing or administrative financial tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with the IPP Invoice System
Prior experience supporting federal financial operations
Experience with workflow or ticketing systems
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Education
BA/BS
Clearance
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.
Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $97,000 per year, with final salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations.
