
Oracle Fusion Adminstrator

Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders including IT, finance/accounting, and others to define system requirements and align data architecture, business processes, integrations and reporting.
Serve as key stakeholder in the development and ongoing management of the technology and feature release roadmap; manage and ensure successful implementation of releases, coordinating with applications development team to ensure configuration is updated and current within two (2) release cycles. Create and document requirements for enhancements and/or break-fixes.
Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting and resolution. Escalate moderately complex to complex configuration, development and/or integration needs and issues to IT.
Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing in support of new releases and/or development.
Manage security profile descriptions for user- and role-based security provisioning and access. Review and assign requests for new profiles. At least quarterly, in collaboration with IT, perform user access review and adjust as needed to ensure accurate role alignment and the timely dispositioning of terminated users.
Monitor scheduled and ad hoc inbound and outbound integrations for errors; research root cause and correct integration processing errors and/or partner with IT Integrations team and other downstream application owners to resolve issues.
Create and generate reports and dashboards to support business needs.
Create, publish and deliver training materials, including job aids, videos and other curricula to further adoption and engagement of system.
Maintain/update in-application content.
Continually review key business processes and identify areas for improved processing.
Ensure conformance to ITGC policies, practices and controls governing data protection and access, configuration development, testing and implementation.
Perform various analyses as requested.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, or equivalent experience; CPA strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related system administration experience, with at least 2 years of Oracle Fusion administration
Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion
Expert knowledge of and skill in Oracle Fusion reporting, dashboards and analytics
Expert knowledge of finance and accounting-related regulations and standard practices and controls
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $102,800.00-135,200.00 USD
