Some PMs push paper. The good ones run the job — owning the numbers, the relationships, and the outcome from day one.
We’re looking for that kind of Project Manager.
This role sits with a Tenant Improvement–focused general contractor delivering high‑end interiors across Class A office, tech, life science, and corporate environments. The work moves fast, the clients expect precision, and the PM is the one who keeps the entire operation aligned.
What You’ll Own
Full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through closeout
Budget creation, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
Managing subcontractor buyout, contracts, scopes, and performance
Leading coordination between design teams, field staff, ownership, and building management
Driving schedules, procurement, and logistics for fast‑paced TI projects
Reviewing drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with accuracy and urgency
Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company with professionalism
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and with zero surprises
What Makes You Successful Here
7–15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Strong understanding of interior systems, MEP coordination, and building operations
Financially sharp — you know how to protect margin without sacrificing relationships
Clear, confident communicator who keeps teams aligned and clients informed
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and other construction management tools
A mindset built around ownership, accountability, and doing things right the first time
Why This Role Stands Out
Consistent pipeline of work with repeat clients
High‑visibility projects with speed, complexity, and real impact
Leadership that empowers PMs instead of micromanaging them
Base salary up to $200K
Company vehicle + company credit card
Strong bonus program and full benefits
A culture built around trust, professionalism, and long‑term relationships
