This hands‑on role focuses on chilled water systems, air distribution systems, and commercial mechanical equipment across commercial properties, including a corporate campus setting. What You’ll Do

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Service chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, mini splits, compressors, condensers, motors, valves, and controls
Diagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC system faults and implement corrective solutions
Maintain chilled water systems and domestic water systems
Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
Repair or replace HVAC components including belts, sensors, thermostats, and related equipment
Maintain accurate documentation using CMMS or BAS systems
Respond to service requests and mechanical emergencies in a timely manner
Assist with minor plumbing, lighting circuits, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
Demonstrate competence in equipment operation prior to independent work
What You’ll Need

3 plus years of commercial HVAC experience in commercial facilities
Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems
Exposure to refrigeration systems
Basic understanding of chilled water systems
EPA certification, required
Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using digital work order systems
Valid Florida driver's license
Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week, with required Saturday schedule
HVAC technical training certificate
OSHA 10 or OSHA 40 certification
Experience supporting commercial properties that include corporate campus environments
