Position Overview
The Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in managing and improving core HR operations while supporting leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position requires a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented professional who can anticipate challenges, implement practical solutions, and coach managers through complex people management scenarios. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
Own core HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration (Paylocity), benefits coordination, and payroll/HR data changes.

Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, documentation, and multi‑state compliance support.

Coach and develop managers on performance management, communication, and handling difficult employee conversations.

Support HR systems, reporting, and process improvement while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Provide HR metrics and reporting functionality to deliver insights to the executive leadership team.

Required Experience/Skills
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong operational leadership, including employee relations, investigations, documentation, and multi‑state compliance.

Hands‑on HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred), including benefits administration and employment status changes.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments where HR processes are being built or refined.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Experience coaching managers through performance and employee relations issues.

Preferred Experience/Skills
Exposure to payroll coordination and benefits administration support.

Experience working closely with executives and presenting HR insights to leadership.

Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting for strategic decision‑making.

Ability to adapt to rapid organizational growth in a highly regulated industry.

SHRM certification strongly preferred.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.

SHRM certification required.
