Financial Representative – Modern Woodmen
Modern Woodmen’s Boyle Region seeks a Financial Representative to help spearhead continued growth in the region. The role focuses on addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating community leadership, and supporting office expansion. Over time, the position may extend to recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Address members’ financial needs through personalized service and solutions.
Lead community initiatives and represent Modern Woodmen’s values.
Support growth of the local office by recruiting, training, and developing other representatives.
Qualifications
Team‑spirited, enthusiastic, and resilient when facing challenges.
Genuine and authentic with a strong drive to contribute and achieve goals.
Competitive nature; experience as a former athlete is a bonus.
Active financial licenses:
SIE Certification or willingness to obtain quickly.
Life/Health license or willingness to obtain quickly.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranging from $97,000 to $192,000+ based on experience and results.
