Position Overview
Stand Up Forklift Operator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with weekly pay, benefits, and a career you can feel good about.
Pay
Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to second shift
$0.75 pay increase after 6 months of employment, $1.00 increase after a year
Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 4:00pm - 4:00am, Wednesdays: 6‑hour shift, alternate hours every two weeks (4:00pm - 10:00pm / 10:00pm - 4:00am)

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator’s license certified
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Team player able to work within a diverse work environment
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and good attendance record
Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs; stand for long periods
Works within health and safety methods; flexible schedule across various shifts
Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Accurately pick and pack, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and load/unload trucks
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
Perform other duties as assigned
