We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full‑time General Maintenance Worker for our Leesville property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Replace lights
Installation of A/C Filters
Assist with make readies
Up‑keep of all window screens
Maintain cleanliness of pool including backwash filter, vacuum pools, cleaning tile, and skimming; maintain cleanliness of all building exteriors and dumpster areas (i.e., sweep and remove cobwebs, dirt leaves, trash, etc...)
General grounds keeping to include removal of grass, trash, dirt, debris, from walkways, patios, common entry doors, etc...
Weed and clean landscaping around pool, office, and model
Paint as needed for touch up of stairs and railings
Power wash as needed
Monitor community for liability issues and report
