Inside Sales/Junior Talent Acquisition Specialists – High Growth Opportunity

What You’ll Do
Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Learn how to source top technical talent using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal systems
Screen candidates and develop your ability to assess skills, experience, and team fit
Support multiple open roles while building strong organizational and time‑management skills
Present qualified candidates and learn how to communicate their strengths effectively
Maintain accurate recruiting activity in our systems and track your progress
Build talent pipelines for high‑demand roles across engineering and technology
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field
Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the tech/engineering space
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
High level of motivation, accountability, and coachability
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
A competitive mindset with a desire to grow your career and earnings
