We are seeking a motivated and talented Director of Recruiting to lead and innovate our nationwide talent acquisition efforts within the protective and security industry. This exciting, on-site full-time position offers the chance to develop scalable recruitment strategies, manage a passionate team, and contribute to a fun, loving company culture that values operational agility and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a national team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

Design and implement company-wide recruitment strategies aligned with operational growth goals.

Build scalable recruitment systems to support high-volume hiring across multiple states and contract types.

Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor recruiter effectiveness and pipeline health.

Oversee end-to-end recruiting workflows ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.

Drive proactive sourcing strategies for ongoing and rapid-response staffing needs.

Partner with Operations to forecast staffing needs and address turnover trends.

Optimize screening practices to meet licensing, training, and compliance standards.

Strengthen the employer brand through targeted marketing and community partnerships.

Ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws and client contract obligations.

Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on licensing and background screening requirements.

Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and improve ATS/HRIS integrations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes.

Provide consultative support on hiring strategy, labor market insights, and workforce planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7–10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of national recruiting teams.

Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in contract security, staffing, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, EEO guidelines, and compliance.

Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree required.
