In this role, you will…
Own the month‑end close process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations within Sage Intacct
Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations across a complex structure
Support treasury operations, including preparing and inputting wire transfers for approval
Analyze financial trends and identify inconsistencies or areas requiring attention
Assist in building financial statements, including supporting schedules and footnotes
Contribute to process improvements as the company scales and accounting complexity increases
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Proven experience in month‑end close and financial reporting
Experience working in multi‑entity or intercompany accounting environments
Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations
Willingness to work in‑office and operate in a high‑volume environment
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and push work forward without constant direction
