Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & review monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements
  • Intercompany accounting & eliminations
  • FX accounting, monitoring gains/losses, and partner with Treasury
  • Bank reporting: monthly, quarterly, annual
  • Variance analysis & management reporting
  • Reconciliations for multi‑entity and multi‑currency accounts
  • Drive standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements
  • Support ERP/reporting system upgrades & testing
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, analytics for transparency
  • Partner cross-functionally across FP&A, Treasury, and Operations
  • Assist with SOX/internal control activities
  • Documentation, training, adoption of new processes

Experience

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; CPA +
  • 4+ years in accounting with focus on reporting, consolidations, intercompany, FX
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • ERP experience required — Oracle Cloud is a major plus
  • Advanced Excel & strong analytical skills
  • Prior carve‑out, PE‑backed, or transformation experience preferred
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence across departments
