Job Description
We are looking for a friendly individual to join our small family office in the Dispatch & General office position. The successful candidate will be a Full‑time professional starting at $16.00 to $17.00 base on experience. The role requires a clear speaking voice to answer phone calls and dispatch technicians, accurate job entry, patience with customers, and the ability to take credit card payments over the phone from technicians or customers. Additional responsibilities include basic general office duties such as filing, emailing, cleaning your area, and multitasking on special projects.
Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Requirements
Education: High school or equivalent.
Preferred: Local candidates only.
Position: Full‑time.
