About the Role
The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community‑based services. The Transportation Dispatcher coordinates all transportation services provided to participants and potential enrollees, and oversees vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

Oversee the scheduling of transportation services to maximize efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Communicate promptly with drivers about route changes and updates throughout the day to maintain timeliness for participants’ appointments.

Route participants daily for internal and external appointments, ensuring they are on time and that driver schedules support appropriate breaks and lunches.

Document cancellations or no‑shows in the medical record and communicate any missed appointments or cancellations with the clinic team.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalency required.

Current valid Class A, B, or C driver’s license in the state of employment.

Copy of most recent vehicle insurance.

Driver’s license for at least five years with no more than one moving violation or one at‑fault accident in the last three years.

Minimum of four years of experience in a public or private transportation setting.

Minimum of two years of experience in a dispatcher setting within the relevant market area.
