Compensation: $65,000–$95,000 annually (hourly-based, depending on experience)

Food Service Repair Technician/HVACR Technician
to join our growing service team in Lima, OH.
This is an opportunity to work on
Food Service Equipment/HVACR
in restaurant environments. If you’re a hands‑on technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems and working independently in the field, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain
ice makers, fryers, grills, ovens, etc…
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC units and walk‑in’s
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls‑related issues
Perform
preventive maintenance
and system inspections
Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions
Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of Food Service and/or HVACR experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Service area typically within approximately a
60‑mile radius of Lima, OH
Primarily local work –
minimal overnight travel
Restaurant and convenience store environments
$65,000–$95,000 annually
(based on experience)

Qualifications
Education
High School or better.
Technical/other training or better.
Experience
Required
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
3–5 years:
Working knowledge of Food service and/or HVAC/R systems, controls, and components
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred
Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
