Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, and support cases.
Represent clients in criminal law matters, including arraignments, omnibus hearings, and trials.
Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Work directly with clients to provide guidance and updates on their cases.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota (required).
0–3 years of experience in family or criminal law (including law clerk or externship experience).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently on projects.
Strong organizational skills.
Client‑service‑oriented mindset.
Compensation
Salary: Based on experience.
