
Intake Attorney - Personal Injury

Location
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Los Angeles. Candidates must be able to work in the office daily. Relocation assistance is not provided, so any relocation must be completed before the start date.

Must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 1+ year of personal injury experience and 1+ year of intake experience.
Job Description
Handle intake responsibilities for new personal injury matters and evaluate potential claims
Speak with prospective clients, gather facts, assess case viability, and guide next steps
Provide strong, empathetic client communication during the initial stages of representation
Review accident details, injuries, treatment status, and liability facts with accuracy and urgency
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure smooth case handoff and file setup
Help drive conversions from qualified leads into retained clients
Maintain organized notes, documentation, and follow-up activity
Support a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practice with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
Active California Bar license required
1+ year of personal injury experience required
1+ year of intake experience required
Strong client communication and issue-spotting skills
Able to work on-site full-time in Los Angeles
Organized, responsive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Spanish is a plus, but not required
