Job Details

We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake Paralegal to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and support case onboarding.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and web inquiries from prospective personal injury clients
Conduct detailed intake interviews and document accident facts, injuries, and damages
Evaluate and screen cases based on established criteria before attorney review
Enter and manage client data within the case management system accurately
Request and organize initial documentation including police reports and medical records
Maintain consistent follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to transition accepted cases into active files
Qualifications

Prior experience in personal injury intake or plaintiff-side legal support
Strong communication skills with ability to manage high volume client interactions
Organized and detail oriented with accurate data entry and documentation habits
Comfortable working with case management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to assess case viability using defined guidelines
Professional demeanor with strong client service mindset
