Job Details
Position: Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal

Role: to manage a caseload from intake through settlement and support attorneys in pre-litigation and litigation phases.

Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

Manage a personal injury caseload from onboarding through resolution

Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and maintaining communication

Obtain and review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation

Draft demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations

Coordinate with providers, adjusters, and experts to advance claims

Track deadlines, liens, and case milestones to ensure timely progression

Assist attorneys with filings, discovery, and litigation support as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience as a personal injury case manager or paralegal

Strong understanding of pre-litigation workflows and case lifecycle

Experience drafting demands and working with medical records and billing

Organized with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
