Position Overview
We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to lead the handling of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
Evaluate liability and verify insurance coverage to support case strategy
Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to maximize client outcomes
Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process
Draft and review demand packages and settlement documentation
Communicate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing parties
Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide case updates
Mentor junior case managers and support team development
Maintain accurate and organized case documentation in the firm’s system
Requirements
3-5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Prior senior or lead experience in pre-litigation case management preferred
Strong negotiation and client communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate: Starting at $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
