
Personal Injury Lawyer

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Draft, review, and respond to motions and other litigation documents
Develop case strategies aligned with applicable civil procedure and evidentiary rules
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the case lifecycle
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve optimal case outcomes
Apply strong knowledge of applicable state civil procedure and rules of evidence
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active and in‑good‑standing license in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico
Experience in litigation and drafting motions preferred
Strong understanding of trial procedure and legal strategy
Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
Strong work ethic with a team‑oriented mindset
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
