We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal with litigation experience to support insurance defense and personal injury cases, including heavy trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Organize and summarize case documents (medical records, depositions)
Conduct legal research
Support trial preparation and case management
Communicate with clients, experts, and counsel
Requirements:
1+ year litigation experience (state/federal)
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe
