Personal Injury Paralegal
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and experience handling client communication, medical records, and litigation support. This role is critical in ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through settlement or trial.
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and providers
Request and organize medical records and bills
Draft legal documents (demands, pleadings, discovery)
Assist with case strategy, depositions, mediation, and trial prep
E-file documents and track deadlines/statutes
Maintain case files, summaries, and damage analyses
Coordinate experts and supporting documentation
Qualifications
4+ years paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
Knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation processes
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (Clio, Needles, MyCase)
Detail-oriented; able to work independently and on a team
Paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High-volume caseload experience
Knowledge of medical terminology/billing
Experience with demands and settlements
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
