Duties consist of, but are not limited to, identify and recruit student-athletes who have demonstrated ability to be academically successful while competing in intercollegiate athletics; plan and organize practice sessions; schedules tournaments and/or matches; represents the Athletics Department in professional, civic, charity, and alumni events; participates in other external activities, public relations campaigns, fundraising campaigns, and outreach programs; ensures compliance with all university, Red River Athletic Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations; serves as a leader in the NAIA Champions of Character program; monitors academic progress of student-athletes; maintains updated inventory of equipment and supplies; supervises assistant golf coach; other job-related duties as assigned.**Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree and minimum (2) years college coaching experience preferred.**Required Attachments:** Resume, Cover LetterCompetitive and Commensurate with ExperienceAll positions are security-sensitive.
